At the course selection screen, hold Triangle, Circle, or Square on controller two. While holding one of those buttons, select a course and begin a game. Holding Triangle gives you the green jet with balanced speed and low power. Holding Circle gives you the red jet with high speed and balanced power. Free play mode

Time attack mode

Master mode

Successfully complete the game on the hard difficulty setting to unlock the "Master" difficulty setting.

Extra continues

Accumulate over three hours of game play to unlock a "Continue" selection on the options screen. This option may be used to change the number of continues up to 99.
