Win all matches without using any continues. If using a male character, you will face King. If using a female character, you will face Queen. Defeat them to unlock them as playable characters. When you unlock them they will be at Level 1. Each time you defeat them after unlocking them their level will go up.

A guy walks into a post office one day to see a middle-aged, balding man standing at the counter methodically placing "Love" stamps on bright pink envelopes with hearts all over them. He then takes out a perfume bottle and starts spraying scent all over them.
